Aisa Brammer
Many teachers enjoy the constant interaction and the excitement each day brings, and new Donelson Elementary teacher Aisa Brammer is no different. “My favorite thing about teaching is that each day is different, so no matter what I plan, my kids come in everyday and bring something new to the classroom that I don’t expect which keeps the classroom interesting.”
This is her first year being a teacher and teaching at Donelson Elementary.
Ms. Brammer student taught at Donelson before becoming a teacher there, so she really enjoys the environment and her co-workers at Donelson. “I have a really good team around me with the co-workers here, and I have good support from them through out the year.”
Ms. Brammer decided to become a teacher because she has a passion for school. She’s always loved school, the teachers, and she wants to influence the kids and help them achieve their goals.
Ms. Brammer went to The University of Memphis to get her education after high school. If she could have any other career, she would want to be a nurse.
She loves teaching, and the kids that make her excited to go to work every day. Ms. Brammer has a two and a half year old at home which she takes care of and spends time with outside of school.
