Kaadia Montgomery

Kaadia Montgomery is entering her second year of counseling, with a fresh start at Donelson Elementary. Graduating from the University of Memphis in 2018, Ms. Montgomery felt led to Arlington by “faith”.

“The position became open in the last weeks in July, and I applied for it and interviewed for it and got it on the same day”.

She loves to work with many different kids, ranging from pre-k to fifth grade, and even states, “I think that this is a wonderful district with wonderful kids who are super intelligent.”

Ms. Montgomery is also very passionate about her job, “Learning their different personalities and figuring out how to help them be the best that they can be is the best part.”

Ms. Montgomery is a perfect fit for the new job. She is ecstatic to get to know the kids personally, and to relate to them in a special way, so that she can help them in any way possible.
