Cameron White

Mr. White is Arlington High School’s new history teacher and soccer coach for this year. He is 31 and moved to Memphis from Crockett TN, less than a year ago to marry his wife. Always being interested in history and wanting to coach soccer, he decided to start teaching nine years ago. He chose Arlington Community Schools due to their great reputation and academics and when asked what his favorite part about teaching high schoolers was he replied, “The fact that you are getting to experience teaching people who are practically adults, like maturity and getting to form relationships with adults.” His favorite part abput teaching itself is his subject, history and the students. His favorite moment so far this year was the first day he started teaching and getting to watch the students talk to each other and learn.
