Catie Churchwell a senior here at Arlington High School, has had a memorable 4 years here! She is currently a 4 year member on the AHS Varsity cheer team. Catie said, “High School has taught me how to be more independent.” She has had many memories, but one of her favorite was cheering on Friday nights when the boys would win, and everyone getting super excited. A lot of things have been different her senior year, and wishes that she will get to graduate in person with the rest of her graduating class. Throughout high school her most inspiring teacher was Mrs.Land. Catie said, “She was always very positive in class even though she may have been having a bad day.” She is so excited to attend that University of Chattanooga in the Fall, and major in Nursing. After college she plans to either come back to Memphis to work at St.Jude, or possibly stay in East, TN and work at a hospital there.
