There has been a new coffee cart that has taken home in a popular store in Arlington. A woman who goes by Ashleigh Weaver tells us a little history behind her business and the start up that it has gone through. Ashleigh started her business in October of 2021 from her home but her and her husband have recently been looking for a “brick and mortar building to expand into a coffee shop/ bookstore kind of deal.” She says that it has been difficult starting her own business because she has a hectic schedule with her child. However, she says that one of the benefits is “being able to create her own work schedule.” Her business is expanding and growing enough to have to hire other works to keep the coffee shop running during business hours. She says that she has really been enjoying the new experiences that running her own business has brought her but one of the things that she does find funny is when people pronounce the name wrong. “The name is pronounce bloom and not blueM to represents her business growing and blooming into something new.” This coffee cart is a new up and coming business that I think everyone should check out!
