The Arlington High School Wrestling team has easily had its most successful season in school history. They finished with two state champions seniors Reed Cannon and Austin Antcliff at their respective weight class. Senior Luke Kerns fought a hard match, earning runner up in state. Prior to this year, Arlington has never had a state champion. After a long year riddled with injuries and sickness, the team has came together to defeat their opponents. “It has taken a lot of dedication but we have accomplished our goals,” says Senior Luke Kerns. They hope to continue having a dominate team after losing their powerful senior class. “We are going to keep working hard” says coach Simpson.
