Mallory Crawford is a new teacher at Donelson elementary. She has said she always wanted to be a teacher, saying “ I love to help kids and see them grow.”
She stated that her favorite thing about teaching is,” when the kids really give those ‘a-ha’ moments and they see what they have learned.”

Her favorite subject to teach is math.
She is already planning her long-term success with Arlington Community Schools. She says “Doneslon has been so great so far. I hope to be here for at least the next 5 years.”
