“It’s okay to not know what you want out of life at first and that’s perfectly normal and okay.”

Alumni Feature: Jonathan White

Jonathan White is an Arlington alumni from the class of 2019-2020. During his time as a student at Arlington, Jonathan worked many different jobs gaining experience in a multitude of fields including: fine dining, industrial painting, and even as an axe coach. “I’ve always found joy in all the jobs and opportunities I’ve had and I think everyone should branch out of what they know.”

His latest endeavor has seen him take up the tool box as a vehicle technician for Gossett Hyundai and Mitsubishi. But regardless of what job he may be working during the day, by night he’s playing music. Throughout the years Jonathan has played music with a multitude of people. From bars to backyards Jonathan is always ready to put on a show.

My best advice I would have for current Arlington students is to take any opportunity you get, whether it’s in school or out.

But this wasn’t always the case. Just a few short years ago Jonathan was a student walking down these same halls as us. Jonathan was very adamant about the role AHS played in his life saying, “Arlington had a huge impact on my life to this day… I was able to meet my closest friends who are still with me to                                                 .                                         .                            this day and will forever.”
