Nothing Bundt Cakes is a bakery that started all the way in Las Vegas, California. There are 430 locations across the nation with one of the newest being in Cordova, Tennessee. The newest Nothing Bunt Cakes opened on November 14, 2022. It is located near IKEA on Germantown Road.

The three locations in the Memphis are are all owned by Amy Lupo. Lupo explained her love for this franchise. “I was a stay-at-home mom for about 8 years with my triplet boys. Once they started growing up, I decided I needed something else to fill my time. That’s when I found Nothing Bunt Cakes.” She loves the happy and upbeat environment that you can feel as soon as you walk through the doors. When asked what made her want to open another location, she responded, “it just felt right.”

Lupo and the General Manger, Rebecca Wheeler, said that they are most excited to be able to serve new customers. The previous locations were in the city of Memphis and Oakland. This location is more in the suburbs to provide for people from Cordova, Bartlett, Lakeland, Arlington, and Oakland. Nothing Bundt Cakes can now become a part of their everyday lives and help expand the franchise even more than before. Their location is in a perfectly busy part of town which makes it a convenient and on-the-go stop. “Although the construction process was long,” they said, “it was all worth it in the end.” they love seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces and knowing they are making a difference.
