Seniors are only fourteen days away from the last day of school. For most seniors, after these fourteen days, they know where their next journey lies ahead. Although, some are still struggling to find where their heart belongs. A few weeks ago, we had college shirt day. Everyone was informed to wear a shirt where they were planning on heading to college. As for Arlington High School, most seniors are headed to the University of Tennessee. The rest of them are scattered, in schools like Mississippi state, Ole Miss, Liberty, and Memphis.
A senior at AHS, Breleigh Bunker, says, “This upcoming fall, I will be attending Ole Miss. I am so excited to see where my path takes me, although, I am sad that senior year is officially ending. We are starting to have all our senior events that close out of the year.” These senior events include senior field day, senior sunset, and senior week. These events are specialized to celebrate the accomplishment of the seniors graduating. As we get closer the ending the year, more kids are starting to find out where they want their path to go. This could mean finding out they do not need to go to a four-year college, finding out what college they are going to, or just what career they want to pursue.
