“I work at Starbucks and one day my friend came to Starbucks almost every week and began to take videos of me as I pass out her drinks. She then made it into a collage and one day she posted it on Tik Tok while I was in school. By the time I heard about it the video had already had 700k views. By the time I got home it had 1 million and by the time I went to bed it had 2 million views. When I woke up the next morning it had 5 million views. Over time it just kept getting bigger and bigger. Now I go places and people recognize me. One day at the mall, a girl came up to me and asked me if I was the dude from Tik Tok with the best smile. Now more and more people record me and I have a lot more followers on Instagram and Tik Tok.”

There are so many talented people in this world, but only a few become stars because many young people lack access to the guidance, training opportunities and funds they need to succeed.
