Mr Pfeiffer is a teacher at Arlington High School. He has taught for 31 years and currently teaches English and Mythology, but his favorite subject in school is Heath and Fitness. Mr. Pfeiffer is working very hard to adapt to these new schedule changed due to COVID-19. He has struggled with reading the PowerSchool codes, but has worked hard to adapt and get on top of things. He has changed his regular ways of teaching by pushing out more interactive assignments and he also is using his old lit book to help students who can’t yet handle the online one. He believes this new schedule and format of school is going to help prepare students for college. Mr. Pfeiffer encourages everyone to be patient not just with yourself, but with the teachers as well. He reminds us that teachers are learning just as much, if not more than the students are with all of the new technology. He describes this school year as “it’s just a mountain to climb”. Mr. Pfeiffer is eager to teach this school year, but also asks “Is it fall break yet?”.
