Coach Harden for president?

Caelon Harden is a jokester, loves to have fun, and LOVES to train.

He started off training athletes at Arlington High School.

He states, “It just didn’t feel right to me so I went back to school and coached with the University of Memphis strength and conditioning staff. I eventually decided to open my own business.”

The main concentrations during training are, speed development, explosiveness, balance, quickness, hand-eye coordination, versatility, flexibility, and strength.

Coach states, “There are so many drills that could help with all of these concentrations. Come train with me or watch my Instagram posts for free workouts.”

He stands out from all the other organizations because he cares for his athletes regardless of their athletic ability.

Harden states, “I treat and train all my athletes the same and have high expectations for my pro athletes even to my 6 year olds.”

They are training to prepare for the next stage in their life, rather it’s athletics or life itself.

He loves when others are able to see his athletes’ progression and improvement.

He has accomplished so much, but has many goals for the future.

I treat and train all my athletes the same and have high expectations for my pro athletes even to my 6 year olds.

— Coach Harden

“My biggest accomplishments are starting a successful business from the ground up and now in two different locations within the area. I eventually want to open several gyms throughout the nation and be able to breed champions, professional athletes, and successful, hard working, law abiding citizens.”

He accomplished these goals by treating people with care, respect, and not afraid work for free or volunteer his time to help others.

Coach states, “Not being money hungry and being hungry to help athletes reach their athletes endeavors is key.”
