Savana Reinoso and Caroline Patterson are both Arlington High School cheerleaders. They balance multiple things in their life including cheer, school, and a job.

Savana Reinoso is a very hardworking student. She is a junior in high school, and she has many strategies in balancing all of her responsibilities.

“If I don’t get my work done in class, I mainly just do my extra work in Study Hall.I don’t have much free time in my day, but when I do, I try my hardest to get it all done in time.”

Caroline is a senior in high school and her many activities during the day is very stressful for her, but she has bettered her work ethic.

Right after school, Savana and Caroline go to cheer practice for 2 hours. They both go to work right after. They both have multiple struggles with all of these responsibilities.

Caroline struggles with time management and getting the workload she has done in time. She does her work in stripes, and everything else in her classes that have freetime. She mainly focuses on cheer and it is a very big part of her life.

Savana struggles mostly with time management and procrastination.

“Since I have practice right after school, I may have bad practices or I may be super tired right after. I don’t usually like to do schoolwork right after school,I usually like to just go to sleep. This is really bad for me because I will wait until the last second and get stressed out.”

They both are very busy people, and having all these responsibilities have helped them learn about how to manage time and their work within their day.
