Buff City Soap in Arlington, Tennessee, opened its doors in June 2016. Buff City Soap’s owners chose Arlington as the location for their business because it is a thriving community with a small town feel. Buff City offers a variety of home and bath products. Laundry soap is a specialty of Buff City Soap, with each container being customizable for you. Additionally, they offer soap, chapstick, shower fizzies, bath salts, and bath bombs, and much more. Chloe Price, the manager of Buff City Arlington balances her job between making soap daily and running the storefront.

She looks after customers as the manager and makes sure the store’s inventory is replenished daily. She, and her team create soap and other products daily, to ensure that the inventory is stocked for customers to get what they want immediately when they come shop.

Their special formula for soaps is a unique combination of oil blends, lye, color, and aroma.

The soap does need to time to cure to become the perfect consistency. Their bath bombs are produced by mixing citric acid, baking soda, water, scent, and color. “Clover Field is my favorite scent,” claims Chloe. Clover Field offers a blend of Magnolia and a fresh smell.

Chloe thinks she would characterize the company as welcoming, funny, and creative. She said, “The busiest period of the year is November and December, and we love that people choose Buff City Soap for their Holiday presents.”
