The Arlington Tiger’s Track team is a team filled with exceptional athletes. They are always contending for gold medals and qualify every year for the state meet. One of the most consistent teams that Arlington High School has to offer, the track team puts in work every day after school. Their season officially starts today. They will head to Houston High School to participate in the Jamboree, which is pretty much a showcase of the runners and a way to get times before the real meet start. It shouldn’t be taken lightly, however, because this meet is where a lot of runners will show their progress. Returning runners will run first to see where they stand and where they need to be, while new runners will run and experience a track meet for the first time. The key returning Arlington track runners include Cezanne Bush, Jordan Jefferson, Ethan Goode, Makilion McGowan. Some new runners include Caleb Nelson, Alex Salas, and Dalton the Freshman. Come out and support your tigers as they race against Memphis area.
