The Arlington High School Pom Squad is gearing up for Nationals, and they are ready to take the trophy. “Getting a trophy at nationals is the best feeling ever and it shows what our team has accomplished,” says Senior Abigial Lindsey.

The Dance Team practices all year long in preparation for the National Championships, that take place in Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The dedication and hard work that must take place prior to the competition is what sets these girls apart from the other teams in the country.

But the girls don’t just have the competition on their mind. Junior Sophie Williams says, “I am looking forward to the food and getting to go to the parks!”

The Pom Squad leaves February 21st, and will travel to Florida in hopes of returning with white jackets.
