Duncan Nicol is the head soccer coach for the boys team and the assistant coach for the girls team here at Arlington. He works beside Stacie Owers and they make an incredible team. Duncan is also a professor of Marketing at Union University. He received his PhD at the University of Mississippi and has been teaching since 2008. Duncan Nicol came to Arlington because it was a great opportunity to give back to the sport he loves and hopefully help the program grow. Growing up, Duncan always wanted to be a professional soccer player, so the opportunity to coach brought him back to his roots. Duncan has now been coaching since 2006, but this is his first year at Arlington. His goals for the program are to improve the record in the next 4-5 years and work towards a state championship.
