A new building opens up in the Lake District and the Lakeland community should be buzzing
with excitement. StretchLab officially opened their doors on November 4th, 2022. Although this is not the first StretchLab to be opened, it is the first in the area. Jason Macalister,
owner, of is most excited for the “change they will see in

25-minute stretches with a trained flexologist. StretchLab offers a stretch to all ages especially elders and athletes. Both ages can improve their flexibility, enhance movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life with the help of these stretches.
