PDA Cop

Cezanne Bush, Asst. Editor-In-Chief

PDA Cop is a short film made by Cezanne Bush and Hayden Leslie. The motivation to make PDA Cop was the endless amounts of public display of affections present in Arlington High. When we asked the creators what the film was meant to do, they replied with “PDA Cop isn’t a film. It’s a movement. If we all act like the PDA Cops, PDA would be no more.” They aren’t telling us to go and punch anyone who exhibits flirtiness, but do not encourage it.

The actor, Jordan Williams, makes a statement. “This was my first film to act in and it was a blast. There was some moments where it was really annoying, because as a first film for EVERYONE, there were a lot of mistakes.” The short film lasted about six minutes and had only 5 scenes. It was quick, but a delightful and super serious drama about public displays of affection. The two creators have no statement on if there will or will not be another PDA Cop.
