Robert Dawson wanted to experience something new and switch to Arlington Communty  Schools. He teaches 7th and 8th grade Computer Science and Computer Coding. He wanted to teach at Arlington Middle School because he said “It’s a great reputation that Arlington community school has in the state of Tennessee.” He has always desired to become a teacher and to watch his students grow. Mr. Dawson likes to coach any type of sports and spend time with his children and he also likes to run in his free time. A big challenge that he has faced since he has been at Arlington Middle school is the new procederes and working in a new building. Some of the things that his students might say about him is that he makes learning in a fun way. A student said “I like Mr.Roberts as a teacher because he explains things that I don’t understand in a easier way.”
