Arlington Middle has a new math captain on board but the name of Robert Anderson. Mr. Anderson looks to help improve the curriculum for math. “Its my goal to help kids learn the basics of math while having fun.” Anderson attended the University of Memphis. Before teaching at AMS Robert did some landscaping work and also worked for NAPA auto parts. Other than Anderson work ethics he also has a enjoyable life outside of school. He enjoys playing guitar, training dogs, and hanging out with his wife. With his journey at AMS he so far fills very appreciated and welcomed. Mr. Andersons favorite thing about teaching is seeing a kid who has been struggling finally get it and improve on their mathematical skills. “Seeing kids succeed makes me love what I do.”
